I was, in fact, helpful today at work. Ran two successful therapy groups, but I’m tired. Didn’t sleep, well as expected, and I’m overwhelmed with a lot of stuff.
I also realized I have a lot. LOT of unexpressed anger lol.
I did do Zumba today and had lunch with my mom, so that helped to calm me down before work.
I’m uncomfortable a lot because of anxiety but I can be productive. And I am getting better at telling people when I’m angry.
