A bit of a stretch… but, there are tiny microcosms of life far from the sea. And I’ll have to satisfy my waterlust with them for now. Lovely weekend in southern Pennsylvania on Mount Davis.

Teem with life
Just off the trail
Nearly out of sight
But to the keen eye
Who wanders from the path
Reward awaits
