I have found this to be true. For all the pressure I have felt to experience fellowship in certain places, like church, I have felt closest to God in nature. Without people telling me what I should or shouldn’t do or should and shouldn’t believe.
We live in a world bombarded by images and “influencers” telling us what we need to be happy or do to be stable financially and otherwise. Capitalism at its finest, but that’s a story for another blog. I hope that people start to realize as I have that answers, truth, and love already lie within you. You don’t need people to show you the way. Putting too much trust in others to help you define and practice spirituality can be dangerous. Choose your circles wisely. Be present and don’t become distracted with what people are trying to sell you. Literally.
